Dynamic Content, SEO - Meta Title

Hi, please help with SEO settings for a detailed page. I don't see the Title meta tag in the SEO settings. I know that the meta Title is displayed, but the problem is that in the details it is displayed the same as in the index. And that is an error. Best regards
